Applied through companys website and I got assessment mail, versant communication mail, I cleared them and got a mail as shortlisted for interview and I attended the interview which consists of both the technical and behavioral based questions and then next followed by managerial round.

Interview
First, we will have a simulation test in which you will have amazon instructions policies and you have to reply to clients according to it. There will also be language tests according to the position you are applying to. Then you will be invited to 2 interviews where you will talk about your past experiences and reply to 2 leadership questions each.

Describe a time when you took on work outside of your comfort area. How did you identify what you needed to learn to be successful? How did you go about building expertise to meet your goal? Did you meet your goal?
Describe a time when you didn't think you were going to meet a commitment you promised. How did you identify the risk and communicate it to stakeholders? Is there anything you would do differently?
