After the initial application, I went through an assessment which took almost 3 hours. I then had a call with a recruiter who informed me that the role is 5 days in the office (this is not stated in the job description and when applying through LinkedIn it was advertised as a 'hybrid' role). The recruiter call with further details about the role should be before the assessment to stop people from wasting their time!
