Interview
The initial screening consisted of HR sending a questionnaire to know the candidate's requirements, visa status, work experience. Then a screening call with an internal team member and then came a loop round.
Most of the questions were behavioral 'tell me about a time' questions and deep diving into the specifics of the answer you give. The interview process is lengthy but not difficult. Bar raiser round was more critical and the interviewer wanted to know specifics of the answers given, so be careful as they have a good weightage in the decision-making. Study the LPs well and the questions revolving around those LPs.
