Interview
The process was over several months, with minimal communication. For the final round I received a phone call stating the date and it consisted of 2 interviews, a presentation and a group task. It took weeks until I was told if I was successful.

How would you help Amazon be more environmentally conscious and meet their targets.
4.5 hour interview split into three smaller interviews one of which you had to prepare a presentation. Interviewers were really interesting and answered questions thoughtfully, very long interview process though

What was one thing you would like to change in amazons buying
Weird online interview. It is a game and you have to try and unpick a lock. Very strange. The other game was weird too. The video interview was stressful as you did not get much time to prepare answers.
