Interview
The entire process was well organized and executed. I applied online and was contacted by an Amazon recruiter. They schedules a phone interview with someone from the team I was applying for. That interview lasted about an hour and mostly resume review and behavioral questions.
Received onsite interview request a few days later. Scheduling that was a bit of pain but that mostly due to the holidays. The onsite was with 5 different people who asked questions on skills and behavioral. Amazon appears to hire the person, not the skillset.
