Interview
it was dull, very behavioural and focused on ticking boxes rather than focusing on what you can bring to the table. Focus was on using thr STAR system and engineering a bit of BS which i didn't do well enough.
Moves very fast and the recruiter/panel is quick to respond. No new questions, everything from LPs. They also want to know about an AI project and a few financial models you built
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Amazon (São Paulo, São Paulo)
