The interview process consists of three distinct rounds. The first round focuses entirely on coding, evaluating problem-solving and technical skills. The second round is dedicated to assessing Leadership Principles—how you handle ownership, deliver results, and collaborate. The third and final round is a combination of both: it tests your coding abilities along with how you apply leadership principles in technical scenarios and decision-making.

It was a good process overall. They didn't told me initially that design pattern and OOD will be involved i solved the DSA questions but was unable to do the OOD questions.
