Question 1
I got asked a lot of questions on working on teams, how I solve problems, and basically had to use metrics for all of them. If you use metrics, which you should, you need to be able to know the ins and outs bc they WILL ask you follow ups on it.

Interview
Very straightforward and transparent interview process, two 45-minute interviews. One personality-based interview, one task-based interview. I was very impressed with the speed of receiving the result, which was within the same week as having the interview.
