Interview
Long, challenging but recruiters were great and help you prep with mock interviews. The process started with an online assessment, followed by a call with the recruiter, then a mock interview with the recruiter to prep, then an interview with the hiring manager and that's as far as I got this time.

Why Amazon?
There are many stages to the interview process including a survey and practice work problems before you get to a phone screen. Unfortunately, my recruiter did not respond to multiple emails and didn't let me know about the unique format of the phone screen, which was very detailed and data-oriented.
