Tell me about a time you went above for a customer?
It was great and good learning experience and it was good for my skills to level unfortunately but the first thing that I learned is to do a little more than that
I applied for a remote customer service job. There were no real steps after that. No real interview; I just applied and received an email with information about being hired. Everything was handled by email.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.
