I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied online through a link on LinkedIn. It asked me some funny questions such "what's your favorite pizza" and after I sent my answers with my resume to the email address they left on that web page the HR contacted me and scheduled a phone interview with the manager of that team I applied. She was really nice and introduced herself firstly then asked my background. After 20 minutes she asked me an easy question: Find distance between two given keys of a Binary Tree.
New graduate process.
Three virtual interviews overall, had one first then the other two later on the same day. Half behavioural and half coding. Behavioural is quite hard, prepare well. For coding, one round is on low level design, the others are typical leetcode
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2024
Interview
Great! Ended up only taking about 2 months, and although I prepared well, I ended up not getting it due to not have enough experience. I currently have 4 years experience, and was interviewing for an L5 role.
