Interview
The recruiter set me up with a phone call with the team lead, and then another recruiter took over to arrange an onsite interview. They made booking travel very easy. The team lead interview was really enjoyable.
Unfortunately some of the recruiters I dealt with (at least three different people) were very disorganized. Slow communication and canceled my interview 24 hours before I was due to fly to Seattle, saying the position had been filled, but giving me the wrong job title so I wasn't sure whether the email was even intended for me. Didn't get a response to clarify the situation until that evening. The difficulty communicating with recruiters put me off the company--not exactly up to Amazon's famous standards that it sets for itself.
