Interview
The interview process has three stages - basic phone screening, technical interview and final interview that covers technical questions as well as Amazon 'Leadership Principles'.
Phone screening mainly covers your previous experience and reasons for applying for the job.
Technical interview covers different areas of IT; mainly Windows, Linux and networking.
'Leadership Principles' can be found online and it's very useful to be familiar with them.

You need to fix two things; a conveyor belt that moves packages around the warehouse and your manager's laptop that your manager needs for an important presentation. What are you going to fix first and why?
The interview process was long, but I learned many things about Amazon. I was not hired for the position, but I know what to do better if I decide to try with them again.

Worst interview I received out of many companies I interviewed with. The interview questions had nothing to do with real world situations and were too random. Glad I ended up getting a job somewhere else. I feel sorry for anyone that works for this company.

Got a phone call from one of the Hiring Manager from Seattle WA . The whole interview process took 45 minutes to one hour. The interview touched all the aspects of network supporting though.
