I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2016
Interview
Very straight-forward process and easy to navigate pending previous logistics experience. The corporate culture seemed to my liking at first, but a current employee informed a group of us that the business was not all that it seemed which dissuaded me from making the final step into an active employee.
It was mid. Low pay, high expectations. Do not recommend. Wack benefits, even wacker management, run for the hills from these pretentious people. They may as well call them sweatshops.
Pretty self explanatory mostly online/FaceTime, all in all quick process and was hired in less than two weeks from first contact, onboarding process was very structured and efficient moved thru the required HR seminars and workshops and started training,
