4-individual phone interviews over ~2 month time frame was followed by a day-long on-site interview blitz of 6 additional 1-on-1 interviews. HR made it CLEAR there would be no feedback during or after the interviews.

Behavior based questions were asked over and over again. Not one technical question in 10 interviews.

O processo é super fluído e rápido. Inicia-se com um phone screen para entendimento de adequação cultural e requisitos básicos da role. Após isso passa para um loop com 4 ou 5 entrevistadores onde no geral se pedem cases ligados ao principios da Amazon. Após essa fase já existe um comitê decidindo pela offer ou não.
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.
