Job was easy to get. I had to go through Can you work 10 hour days? They told me the job was very physical. can I lift 50 pounds? I had to takea phsycological test. It is pretty easy to get a job at an Amazon Fullfilment center during peak Holiday time. thr is mandatory ovrtime if you work full time. that means that you work six days a wek, 10 hours a day. If you pack, you need to pack seventy-five an hou minimum. The only time you sit s on two ten minute breaks and your half hour lunch. They did not ask too many questions.
There was no interview. They hire anybody. Work you like a robot, very rude managers and treat you poorly. Don’t recommend this company, work for someone else. Micromanagement at its finest , and you’re just a number,
2 stage interview process that was easy to prepare for and questions followed what was given Hiring manager was friendly, but asking questions far past what is required for this role
