Nach der Einladung zu einem Telefoninterview per E-Mail wurde das Gespräch kurzfristig nochmal verlegt. Das Telefoninterview verlief genauso wie es schon viele vor mir beschrieben haben. Erst wird kurz über die Stelle gesprochen, der Interviewer stellt sich vor und dann soll man etwas über sich erzählen. Anschließend findet das Gespräch für zwei Fragen auf Englisch statt. Dann wird wieder zu Deutsch gewechselt und man muss leichte mathematische Aufgaben (Prozentrechnung, Dreisatz) lösen. Es empfiehlt sich also einen Stift, Zettel und Taschenrechner zur Hand zu haben. Abschließend soll man dann noch Fragen stellen. Ich empfand das Gespräch mehr als respektlos mir gegenüber, da mein Telefonpartner die ganze Zeit noch Gespräche im Hintergrund geführt hat und mir überhaupt nicht zugehört hat. Auch nachdem ich Ihn direkt darum gebeten habe, hat er weiter in Flüsterton mit seinen Kollegen gesprochen währenddessen ich von mir erzählt habe. Auch war die Stelle gar nicht mehr für den Standort frei sondern "man könne da sicher irgendetwas machen an einem anderen Standort" Anschließend wurde mir dafür quasi die Schuld in die Schuhe geschoben, ich hätte mich eben zu spät auf die Stelle beworben - die allerdings bis heute noch für den Standort ausgeschrieben ist. Ein richtiges Gespräch entsteht auch nicht, was auch nicht möglich ist, da einem Fragen nach Fragenkatalog gestellt werden und nach der Antwort heißt es nur "ok habe ich mir notiert" ich bezweifle dass dort irgendetwas notiert wurde- so gut wie man mir zugehört hat. Am Ende gab es keine weitere Runde für mich, da ich zu jung für die Stelle war (das hätte man auch bereits vorher gewusst)...
