I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
Difficult with no feedback. Lots of technical questions and behavioral questions. Four rounds of interviews, final interview is group forum that lasts hours. Plus they ask for a writing sample before the final interview. If you're not selected they have an unrelated HR rep call to deliver the bad news, again, no feedback on the decision making process or recommendations.
I got sick on the week of my interview so I never took the test. I had contacted my recruiter earlier to see if I could postpone it but I never got a reply.
