I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon (Cambridge, England) in Jan 2017
Interview
two rounds of telephone interviews + four rounds of onsite interviews
The whole interview process is a joke. All the tech interview questions are extremely easy. They spent 60% of the time asking me the funny "leadership principle" behavior questions over and over again, which makes me feel I'm actually not interviewing a software engineering position.
I was rejected because I answered tech questions very well, but answered leadership principle questions poorly.
Avoid this Cambridge subsidiary, which is remote, small, and full of aimless managers who care more about your personality and ability to make up stories rather than your technical strength.
