Interview
Absolutely unprofessional. I was asked to solve 2 simple tasks at pre-screening process. You had to log in and solve tasks in a specified limit (1.5 hours). I apologized I was on vacation to which I got as a response a template-sounding reminder that I should do it ASAP. I did in the last day possible and because of different timezones I logged in a couple of minutes after the deadline. So I did log into the system solved the tasks and waited. After 2 weeks I received the following email:
I’d like to extend my sincerest gratitude for you interest and time given toward consideration of our upcoming Hiring Event in Prague, Czech Republic. Unfortunately, your skills assessment was submitted past the deadline and was not considered for the event.
Which made me throw up in my mouth. So those guys allowed me to solve the tasks, waste my time and then they discarded the whole thing without even looking? This company clearly doesn't have appreciation for the employee's time.
I won't disclose the questions though because you know, I was too specific with the email I received and the Amazon guys might end up suing me.

How do you manage the disagreement at your workplace.
I got a take home exam on HackerRank that I did not do great in. I did not perfectly solve every problem. Then it was another problem with "AI assistance" except the AI seemed programmed to be as useless as possible, it's genuinely better to just not use it. Somehow I got the next interview anyways, who also asked me some leetcode style questions and asked my to explain my experience and then next day they rejected me.
