I did a phone interview. It was not too difficult, but they kept asking why why why. And just followed the interview format, which I don't think work to everyone. Felt like they just looking for someone who will answer want they want to hear.

However, I realized the importance of staying highly focused and precise, especially when delivering STAR-based answers.
