Super easy. When Amazon.com is hiring, all you need to do is show up at the staffing agency and you basically get hired. Just be prepared that it really is a fast paced, 10-12 hour shift and you will be rated on your accuracy and speed.

There was no interview! It was very easy! Simply just apply online and they will email you back within a few days. And when they call you in you just take a picture for your id and you are all set to be an amazonian!

Walked in and shook hands with the manager and begin answering questions that they had to ask. After that they offer you a job and you take it or leave it.

Very simple and to the point. They ask what range of knowledge you have with the job and proceed to training from there. Everyone is lined up and separated into groups based on what you will be doing and then you proceed with your specified trainer.
