I received an email from a recruiter to get the process going. From there, it was 3 phone screens and an onsite all day interview with 7 interviewers and 1 of those being a bar raiser. I have been through this process before and was a lot more comfortable this time around. If I could provide any advice I would say put time and effort...a lot of effort into understanding the leadership principles. For whatever it's worth, I would have 3-5 stories per principal. Obviously this is a lot of stories to have memorized, but you would rather be over prepared instead of under. Also, look on youtube for videos of Jeff Bezos giving interviews describing the leadership principals. This really resonated with me and after watching some of these, it clicked.
