Interview
I was contacted by a "Recruiting Coordinator" who scheduled a phone interview for me with another software manager. The interviewer was very pleasant and professional and made me feel at ease.
Quite a long interview process, for a management position it was very hands on and tech orientated, with several talks to members across the company. Speaking to other people in senior roles was a good experience and showed a good team mentality.
