Applied online and was asked a few question via email. Next, I did an online one way interview. Finally, did an in person interview. IT team seemed to be friendly.
Recruiter screening, behavioral and technical. The focus is mostly on the behavior and technical interview is really simple. Prepare good stories which align with Amazon leadership principles. And make sure to follow STAR method while giving answers
The interview process was straightforward. They also inquired about my previous work experiences, allowing me to elaborate on specific projects I had worked on, the challenges I faced, and the solutions I implemented. Overall, the conversation flowed naturally, giving me the opportunity to showcase my expertise and how it aligns with their needs.
