I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon in Mar 2018
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn to apply for the role.
Applied online and let the recruiter know I did so.
Participated in 45 min "job preview" online and answered hypothetical job situation questions and answered a few math problems & looked at some data.
Was then scheduled to have two back to back video interviews with Ops Managers/ Senior Managers, each lasted about 30-45 mins.
Asked situational questions that mostly focused on leadership skills and how I've dealt with conflict on or off the job, and my ability to manage people and situations.
Very focused on the STAR format, and they're mostly looking for you to tell a detailed, straight forward story that answers the question and outlines what the problem was and the impact you made to solve it.
