I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Bolton, England) in Jun 2018
Interview
Very casual and friendly. Most applicants wore informal clothing. After checking in and presenting our identity documents, a brief presentation from one of the recruiting team was shown. This was followed by a questionnaire, completed on kindles, that was designed to evaluate our trustworthiness and honesty e.g have you ever been tempted to steal from an employer. We were then interviewed individually by members of the leadership team from the fulfilment centre (in my case an area manager and HR representative). The process was very easy, casual and quick.
3 rounds.... first test is aptitude test, second is English proficiency test, third one is voice test. Tests are not so difficult...nad finally the interview... Aptitude test contains questions from mathematics, reasoning
