1. Phone interview--if that goes well, they'll invite you to the office for an interview loop. If it doesn't go great, they may ask for a second phone screen.
2. Interview loop--usually meeting with 5-7 people, including the hiring manager. It takes about a full workday.

Nothing too difficult if you've done your homework--you may be given a hypothetical product and asked to create a merchandising plan for it off the cuff, or you may be given a rapid-fire merch math quiz.
Very respectful. It was easy and I felt like they saw me as a person who was ready to jump in and make the company successful. I liked how they treated me. You should work for them!
