Was contacted by a recruiter via email, had one phone interview with a manager, and 6 hour in person POD style interview. Entirely behavioral based questions (tell me about a time...), STAR interview method. The recruiter did a great job of prepping me before hand. Don't stress too much over getting the right answers on the Excel test, they are just checking to make sure you have the basic logic down. Be prepared with examples, it was very fast paced interview section. Have questions prepared in advance, don't be caught off guard like you weren't prepared. Even with being prepared we still ran over time in most of my sessions. I decided to pass due to the amount of travel required and constant relocation the only real option of advancement.
