Interview
First there was a small talk about the company and a brief description about your job role. Then an online assessment testing your knowledge in English which includes paraphrasing, fill up blanks, etc. . Next is a typing test followed by versant English test where you listen to different audios in different accents and you have to type it. Then is Email writing with a situation given. After that a written test to check your fluency in Hindi where you have to know how to spell words in Hindi and also to write them (grammar). Next is GD to speak on a topic given in Hindi. If selected you get to HR round which is face to face interview.
PS: there is elimination after each round.

Aun no he hecho la entrevista como tal, pero el proceso de solicitud es bastante básico. Después de subir los documentos hay una prueba de escucha y transcripción en donde dan las instrucciones a seguir. Además preguntan por las actitudes del empleado y la proactividad.

Es un proceso agradable una vez que consigues una referencia por parte de un trabajador, te llega un correo que te refiere a la pagina amazon.jobs, deberas crear una cuenta o usar tu cuenta de Amazon. cuando confirmas tu cuenta tendras acceso a un video sobre el puesto a desempeñar explicado por quienes actualmente desempeñan la labor. Finalizado el video se explica claramente como se usaran tus datos en un documento extenso, debes leerlo es casi tu contrato. en esto quizá unos 15 minutos te puede tomar luego debes prepararte para las pruebas, sobre habilidades comprensivas, formas de desempeño y raciocinio, y también una parte de habilidad.
