The interview process is detailed and long, which goes to show how thorough the company is to make sure they hire the best. They have many rounds but just before the 5th round they said they hired internally. They shouldn't have get my hopes up. They won't consider for another position before 90 days of cooling period.

Interview
Irrelevancy to the max based on the advertised opening. Having to take a behavioral test for a job as a writer makes no sense. It's a retail mentality taken to the extreme.

They make you take an extremely drawn-out behavioral assessment that has absolutely nothing to do with your competency for the advertised role? I could understand if you were in factory operations or some other area of the company, but come on! Ask me how my work history will be compatible with success in the role.
