Interview
Initial information and application is submited online. Once completed you will be asked to take an online assesment to test relative job duty capabilities, and a behavioral assesment. From there you will be contacted by a recruiter for follow up interviews based on the assesments. Once you are invited for an interview, you will meet with the recruiter who brought you in and all candidates (8-12 Candidates) who are interviewing for the same job in a mutual area where everyone introduces themselves. From there you will meet with 2 people who once held the position you are interviewing for but have since moved up within the company. You meet with each interviewer for 45 minutes, and then you wait to hear from someone within 5 business days.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
