First there was an online screening test that just looks at fit with the company then two virtual interviews. Every person they put you in contact with is kind and very helpful. Responses are fast and very helpful, wasn't difficult to ask questions at all.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
