After applying online I received a phone-call from an HR Rep who talked to me about the position and then emailed me an "Intake Survey" with questions about my expectations and a few situational "what would you do" questions. Once finished, a different HR Rep emailed me an interview schedule a few days later and provided some preparation documents. Day of I drove to the fulfillment center, checked in with security and participated in a building tour. Afterwards, completed 3 separate interviews with the Operations Director, HR Rep and the EHS Manager. Was given the option to do phone or in person but, figured the tour would've been beneficial so took the face to face option. Interviewers used the S.T.A.R. method (Tell me a time) questions and wanted really in-depth answers. One of the interviewers was condescending and treated me like I was desperate for a job, the fulfillment center has a lot of hourly/entry level people so they're probably used to interviewing people just looking for a quick paycheck but should consider not everyone that comes through is unemployed. Received a phone-call the same evening with an offer but declined due to pay negotiations.
