2 entretiens téléphoniques + 5 entretiens physique à la Défense tour Carpe Diem. Les 5 entretiens physiques sont basés sur les 14 principes de Leadership il faut les articuler autour de 4 à 5 histoire selon le canevas STAR. Chaque interviewer note vos réponses et cela est consolidé via un logiciel, jusqu'à obtenir une note sur vous qui déterminera si vous êtes après au poste selon AWS ou pas!

Although I didn't pass the interview, I had a positive overall experience. The interview process was well organized, and the instructions were clear and informative. I appreciated the transparency throughout the process, which helped me prepare effectively for the interview.

You do 4 back to back interview in 1 day. It was exhausting. Besides that really appreciated the recruiter giving out interview prep before it takes place. The good thing is there is no coding round.
