Question 1
Tell me about a time that you identified a broken process where you came up with a solution to the problem. What was the problem? How did you fix it? What was the result? What would have you done differently
4 back to back interviews. All behavioral based on their leadership principles. It wasn't bad, just exhausted. They sent an email later saying I passed the interview, but couldn't give me an offer at the time. They said they would if the position opens up again *shrugs*
Long but thorough and well documented interview process. They left no stone unturned but that gave me good confidence when an offer was made. Be prepared and do some studying beforehand.

Interviewed by four people (non-team members) back-to-back, 45 minutes each. The team seemed positive and friendly. After months of waiting without a start date due to an inclined offer, I was eventually rejected.
