Irrelevancy to the max based on the advertised opening. Having to take a behavioral test for a job as a writer makes no sense. It's a retail mentality taken to the extreme.

They make you take an extremely drawn-out behavioral assessment that has absolutely nothing to do with your competency for the advertised role? I could understand if you were in factory operations or some other area of the company, but come on! Ask me how my work history will be compatible with success in the role.
