Interview
3 phases:
1- screening cv after the application on Amazon Jobs
2- numerical reasoning test, 18 questions in 25 minutes
3- interview with 2 Area manager on Amazon Chime, 30 minutes each one with questions about yourself, your ambitions and why you want to work with amazon
was headed by 2 different Operations Mangers.
Each was asking questions based on Amazon Leadership Principles.
And other practical questions related to the role. There was no specification to the locations which requires you to be flexible.
The interview process was really long and structured. I did manage to get to the final stage after 6 interviews. All the interviewers were really professional, the experience was totally good. The bad thing was that only after all the interviews they told me that everyone were ok with me but the position was already taken , so i wasted my time
