Interview
Strukturiert, Fokus auf Leadership 4x45min mit vier versch. Interviewpartner. Die Fragen waren aber durchweg ähnlich, so dass ein konstruktives Gespäch nicht wirklich zustande kam. Des Weiteren waren zwei der vier Interviewpartner sehr junior und konnten meine Fragen nicht beantworten.
Vor diesen Interviews gab es eine onsite-Tour mit dem Standort-Leiter. Dieser war recht kurz angebunden und schien keine wirklich Lust und Spaß an seiner Arbeit zu haben. Auf der anderen Seite wurde offensichtlich wie Amazon arbeitet.
Leider und das war wirklich etwas beschämend, gab es nach den Interviews kein Resultat. Auch nach mehreren mails an die HR.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
