Interview
Interview process and scheduling took nearly 3 months for only the half of the process. Had 2 interviews - both times same structure with slightly different questions, one per phone/one via video:
- short introduction
- go through CV
- competence based questions
- questions candidate

Question 1
- Describe me a time when you was innovative.
- Describe me a time when you did not roach the goal but exceeded it.
- Describe me a time when you took something outside of your area of responsibility. Why was it important?
4 back to back interviews. All behavioral based on their leadership principles. It wasn't bad, just exhausted. They sent an email later saying I passed the interview, but couldn't give me an offer at the time. They said they would if the position opens up again *shrugs*
Long but thorough and well documented interview process. They left no stone unturned but that gave me good confidence when an offer was made. Be prepared and do some studying beforehand.

Interviewed by four people (non-team members) back-to-back, 45 minutes each. The team seemed positive and friendly. After months of waiting without a start date due to an inclined offer, I was eventually rejected.
