1. Phone screen with recruiter: Asked a few questions about why Amazon, why this role and asked to speak to how this role related to my background. 95% of the interview was recruiter reading a transcript of some sort.
2. Hiring Manager: Bit more on the technical questions. Walk me through an example of a project type...
3. 5 hours of interviews: back to back with different pairs of interviewers (one shadowing). Most of questions were the same: what impact do you drive on a project, walk me through a recent initiative etc

They sent me a crappy automated interview and then didn’t follow up with me at all for 3 weeks until l got denied. Good luck with the automated system, it doesn’t care about you

It was long, and found they wanted very specific answers. Making yourself as well rounded as possible is the best way to give them what they want to hear. I found their personality test to be something they took very seriously as they discussed it in the later rounds of the interview process.
