Will get initial phone call from recruiter. Call was 3 Behavior questions with a math component that was very straightforward. Next step involves a follow-up with inviting you to fulfillment center and have 4 separate 30 minute interviews. 3 Behavior based interviews with the fourth having to do with a math component. They give you the problem after touring you around the facility and before going through the interviews.

Question 1
Many of the behavioral questions were similar (i.e. along the lines of tell you how you improved a process). The math question is straight forward as others have posted.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
