Very straight forward and also helpful in preparing you for the types of questions and answers they are looking for through videos listening to current employees. The day of the interview was well organized as well as you join a zoom meeting with other applicants that aren't necessarily interviewing for the same position as you but it allows you to hear from a recruiter and talk a little bit about yourself to others before you go to the next meeting with your interviewers. This made the process feel smoother and well organized.
