Hard and lengthy process. Loop interview with 5 interviewer. Each one had the different set of questions and difficult to pass. Must prepare carefully and understand the leadership principles. Would spend weeks to months to review/prepare.
Resume review, communication and analytical skills will be checked. Then Personal interview. Then HR round. The questions will be asked regarding academics, personal and professional. And also a scenario will be given where we have to give our output which helps the interviewer to check our psychometric
