Fairly systematic and straightforward. The same questions were asked again and again. One disappointing factor was that HR took forever to get back. I had to reach out and ask for the decision. The bare minimum they can do is to just press a button because rejection mails are automated.

It started with a phone screen by a recruiter, who never reached out after the initial call. Then I had an interview with a Senior Recruiter after almost 3 weeks, then I was moved to loop interview which took another 3-4 weeks. Overall my interview was finished in 7 weeks. Once I moved in the loop, the process was comparatively fast
