I applied through Naukri. As soon as I finished registration on amazon hirepro, I received Assessment test link. you get 48 hours to finish the test after the invite. The assessment consist of 3 stages,
1. English MCQ - 30 Questions 30 minutes. Consist of question like choosing right vocabulary, tense, punctuation, Statement with closest resemblance etc.
2. Typing versant - has 4-5 stages in it. Choosing right Vocabulary, Typing the sentences you hear, Typing speed test, Passage reconstruction, Email writing (writing 100+ words of mail for given situation with the the help of keypoints.
3. Voice versant - same as typing versant . Reading the sentences. Reasoning, Story reconstruction, Jam session.
Few tips - Give the test in late night or early morning to avoid background noise. The tests are evaluated by computers hence speak louder and don't stammer while giving voice versant. Turn the celling fan off to avoid background noise.
After 4 working days of assessment I received Interview invitation.
Interview lasted for 30 minutes on amazon chime. Very basic questions were asked. It was easy interview. just be confident, be frank,

ask me to write a mail in the chatbox for a situation. Situation was, Customer have received a faulty camera and have complaint. Write a mail informing him that the replacement will be arranged in 24 hours and return the faulty camera.

Difficult questions but after while manageable. It needs a good time management and prepare questions before so you do not run out of time. Anyway once well prepared you will sound more confident.
In person interviews are basically for checking if you will be able to handle a situation on your judgement or not
