I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon in Aug 2020
Interview
Two interviews over the phone and then their super day or “loop”. Research their questions but be ready to answer more than just that. They threw me off with some wacky questions like who was your favorite coworker and why and who was your least favorite and why.
was headed by 2 different Operations Mangers.
Each was asking questions based on Amazon Leadership Principles.
And other practical questions related to the role. There was no specification to the locations which requires you to be flexible.
The interview process was really long and structured. I did manage to get to the final stage after 6 interviews. All the interviewers were really professional, the experience was totally good. The bad thing was that only after all the interviews they told me that everyone were ok with me but the position was already taken , so i wasted my time
Good experience with Amazon interview process. Prepare for situational based questions. Factors which would be seen are how can you handle a situation under limited resources/difficult times. For freshers, go through all Amazon principles and answer accordingly.
