Interview
For an online interview:
You are using Amazon Chime, which is like its Skype or Zoom. Make sure you test your microphone and camera in advance. You will be given meeting numbers for EACH part of the interview that Amazon Chime will ask for once you open the app. 1st, there is a 15 min debrief with recruiter & other candidates (you may introduce yourselves). Then, there are 2 consecutive 30-45 min interviews with senior level employees.
Behavior-based questions & a situation-based (for role) question. They will also debrief on the role and who they are. School or work experiences are ok. Try to give examples that embody Amazon's 14 leadership principles. Remember the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) for your examples.

Question 1
Q: Can you tell me about a time in your professional and academic experience when there was a conflict, and how did you handle it?
Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
