Many questions were not technical at all, and interviewers were uninterested in what I had to say almost as if they were counting the minutes until they could leave. I felt as if I was truly nothing more than a cog needlessly screened before addition to the great machine. In addition, the offer did not reflect my preferred start date (after university graduation), and I was forced to decline the position before it even started. The whole process was a complete waste of my time and efforts.
