Nach der Online Bewerbung erfolgte ein Erstgespräch mit einem HR Partner, ein paar Tage später ein weiters Gespräch mit einem Area Manager auf Deutsch und Englisch. Zwei Wochen später erfolgte das so genannte Panel mit vier verschiedenen Managern aus HR, Finanz, Logistik und Technik. Zwei Tage später bekam ich einen Anruf von einem RME Manger mit der zusage bei Amazon einsteigen zu können.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
